1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver our service. This includes your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not collect names, addresses, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely to deliver our newsletter, notify you of new dispatches, and maintain your subscription preferences. We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or advertising targeting.
3. Data Processors & Third Parties
We rely on trusted third-party processors to operate our service. Beehiiv handles newsletter delivery and subscription management. Supabase provides our backend database infrastructure. Cloudflare serves as our content delivery network and provides anonymous analytics. Each processor maintains its own privacy and security standards compliant with GDPR.
4. Data Retention
We retain your email address only for as long as you remain an active subscriber. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active mailing list within 30 days. Residual copies in backups may persist for a limited period but are not used for any purpose.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare provides anonymised, aggregated analytics data to help us understand site performance and traffic patterns. This data cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your personal data. You may object to processing at any time.
